Judy Sale

Judy Sale was born in Bridgeport IL. USA and holds a BS Degree from Eastern Illinois University where she studied visual arts and art history.

Judy began as a painter but has also worked more three-dimensionally or in relief, utilising the found objects gathered from various parts of the world that now serve as icons of memories past. Drawing has become more important to her too. She appreciates the inherently impulsive marks made when drawing and incorporates that same spontaneity into her paintings on canvas.

She presently works from her studio and home in East London, a converted Victorian dog biscuit factory, where she lives amongst the largest community of artists in Europe.
